Stomp Out Child Abuse 5k

Here we go again- We did a 5k run put on by Castle and the Sailfish Striders on Saturday evening.

We did great! Sara set her best time ever. I got 2nd in my age group and 9th overall (only 70 in the race)with a 22:22, right around what I wanted to do and a 6 minute improvement over my run in the Loggerhead.

Big thanks to Mom and Pop for watching the kids!!!

The Millers Are Officially Nuts!

Sara and I recently did the Loggerhead Triathlon in Jupiter. Now we're hooked and the kids want to do one too.

We'll use this blog to record our experiences and post photos.
